The AXIS D2122-VE and AXIS D2123-VE radars deliver significant advancements in detection coverage and analytics performance. Built on Axis’s ARTPEC-9 platform, both radars combine FMCW radar technology with AI-driven classification, enabling accurate detection of people and vehicles while filtering out false alarms. They work as standalone units or deeply integrate with Axis PTZ and panoramic cameras for advanced radar-video fusion capability.

Deployments of AXIS D2122-VE and AXIS D2123-VE radars are well suited to a wide range of environments, including manufacturing and industrial sites, retail and commercial premises, healthcare facilities, logistics hubs, warehousing operations and critical infrastructure.

Designed for wide-area perimeter and open-space monitoring, both radar models integrate seamlessly with leading Video Management Systems such as Genetec Security Center, Milestone XProtect and NX Witness. Built on Axis’s ARTPEC-9 platform, the radars deliver AI-powered classification of people and vehicles, providing reliable detection in all weather and lighting conditions. Smart coexistence functionality allows multiple radars to operate in close proximity without interference, enabling expansive coverage using back-to-back deployments, while radar-video fusion with selected PTZ or panoramic cameras enhances visual verification and automated tracking. PoE out capability allows additional devices such as cameras or network speakers to be powered directly from the radar, reducing installation complexity and cost, while built-in cybersecurity features including signed firmware and tamper detection help maintain system integrity.
